For magazine gluing, we use a Kolbus 15-station gluing machine. It can glue publications from 3 to 60 mm thick at speeds of up to 8,000 copies per hour.
DECORATING MAGAZINES
UV varnishing. We varnish magazine covers, various promotional leaflets, postcards with UV varnish. We use a Steinemann Colibri Junior varnishing machine installed in the printing house, which can varnish even B2 format publications. The UV varnish protects the publication from fading, brightens the colours and makes the image more vivid.
Lamination. We can laminate magazine covers and other publications with gloss or matt laminate. We can laminate up to B1 format. The laminate protects the publication surface and keeps its great appearance for longer. The matt laminate gives the publication a polished look.
If you need a more specialised service, we have trusted partners to help us, while we will ensure the whole project success.
FOLDING
We fold various promotional leaflets into the required shape. We use three Stahl and two MBO folding machines to fold sheet-fed printed magazine arcs and various promotional leaflets. We have folding machines by different manufacturers and of different specifications to meet the needs of most clients.
